The Ministry of defence of the United States has a new strategy of how the army of United States growing concerns about energy consumption will tackle. The army remains the largest consumer of energy in the world and accounts for 1% of the total consumption in the United States. As worries grow on oil prices and instability in countries rich in oil in the Middle East, the Pentagon is looking for new methods continue to meet the requirements of the military power.
