Paypal is suing Google for stealing trade secrets.
The row came about after two former executives of Paypal appeared on stage to launch Google's new mobile wallet scheme.
Both executives, Osama Bedier and Stephanie Tilenius, worked for PayPal and it's owner eBay, for approximately nine years.
Tilenius joined Google in February 2010 and has been accused of recruiting Bedier from PayPal in January this year and also attempting to recruit other Paypal staff.
